Their mission focuses on improving the lives of smallholder farmers, particularly in West Africa, by promoting fair trade and ensuring access to international markets. In 2023, they were working on a campaign to help launch their West African cocoa farmers' products into broader national and international markets, aiming to elevate their visibility while ensuring the sustainability and fairness of the supply chain.

Market Research and Data Analysis
At Technoserve, I conducted 13 market research investigations through customer interviews, surveys, and case studies. These efforts provided valuable insights into market trends, consumer behavior, and regional preferences, all of which were essential in shaping the strategic plan for launching the cocoa products into international and national markets.
Identifying Target Audiences and Market Segmentation:
I applied inferential and descriptive statistical analysis to over 20 data sets to identify key target markets for the cocoa products. This data-driven approach ensured the marketing plan was tailored to appeal to the right consumers across different regions, positioning the products for success in the market.
